What customer needs to provide after purchasing:
- All content should be typed out exactly how you would like to be shown on the website & emailed to me.
- Names for pages (Home, Shop, Policies, Contact,etc)
- Color Scheme
- High quality & Professional Photos (stock photos are available for an additional fee)
- Shopify login credentials
- Social Media login credentials (to link widget to the website)
- Logo png file (if you have one)
- Product Pricing
Revision Policy
What Counts as a Revision?
Revisions include:
• Text edits (minor wording changes)
• Color adjustments (within brand palette)
• Layout tweaks
• Image swaps
Revisions do NOT include:
• Adding new pages
• Rebranding mid-project
• Complete layout redesign
• New features not originally discussed
Those require a separate quote.
Additional Revisions
If additional revisions are requested beyond what is included:
• $100–$200 per extra revision round
• Major structural changes are billed hourly ($75–$125/hr)
Revision Timeline
• Revision requests must be submitted within 5–7 business days of receiving draft
• Delays beyond 14 days may result in a project restart fee
• Final approval locks in the design
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments made to Elevating Visions are non-refundable due to the time, strategy, and creative resources invested into each project.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project date. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, any payments made will not be refunded. If cancellation occurs before the project start date, the deposit remains non-refundable, but no additional balance will be due.
If Elevating Visions must cancel a project for any reason, a prorated refund will be issued for work not yet completed.
Projects inactive for more than 14 days without communication may be considered abandoned and subject to a restart fee.
