Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all projects. Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before final files, website access, or deliverables are released.

Payment plans may be available for select services. However, all balances must be paid in full prior to project completion and launch.

Invoices must be paid by the due date listed. Late payments may result in project delays and/or late fees.

Elevating Visions reserves the right to pause work on any project with overdue balances.

By submitting payment, you agree to these terms.

Project Timeline
& Revisions

Project timelines begin once all required content, forms, branding materials, and payments have been received.

Estimated timelines vary by service:

Timelines may be adjusted based on project complexity, revision requests, or delays in client communication.

Clients are expected to respond to drafts and submit revision requests within 5–7 business days to avoid delays.

Projects inactive for more than 14 days without communication may be subject to a restart fee.

Each service includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your selected package.

A revision round consists of one consolidated list of edits submitted at one time.

Revisions may include minor text updates, color adjustments within your brand palette, layout refinements, and image swaps.

Major redesigns, additional pages, new features, or changes outside of the original project scope will require a separate quote.

Additional revision rounds are available for an added fee.

Revision requests must be submitted within 5–7 business days of receiving your draft to avoid project delays.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and timely project experience, clients agree to:

• Provide all required content, images, branding materials, and information before the project begins
• Submit completed questionnaires and forms in a timely manner
• Review drafts and submit revision requests within 5–7 business days
• Ensure all provided content (text, logos, images) is accurate and final

Elevating Visions is not responsible for errors in content supplied by the client.

Delays in communication or content submission may result in timeline adjustments.

Cancellations & Refunds

All payments made to Elevating Visions are non-refundable due to the time, strategy, and creative resources invested into each project.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project date. Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, any payments made will not be refunded. If cancellation occurs before the project start date, the deposit remains non-refundable, but no additional balance will be due.

Projects inactive for more than 14 days without communication may be considered abandoned and may require a restart fee.
