- DIGITAL FILE: A PNG file will be emailed for you to print at home yourself.
- 12 PRINTED WRAPPERS (NOT ASSEMBLED): the approved design will be printed and sent to you to assemble, glue and fill at home yourself.
-12 EMPTYBAGS: Bags will be assembled and glued with the top open, for you to fill at home and close yourself.
-12 FILLED BAGS: Bags will be assembled and glued with chips selected.
refund and cancellation policy
All payments made to Elevating Visions are non-refundable due to the time, strategy, and creative resources invested into each project.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project date. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, any payments made will not be refunded. If cancellation occurs before the project start date, the deposit remains non-refundable, but no additional balance will be due.
If Elevating Visions must cancel a project for any reason, a prorated refund will be issued for work not yet completed.
Projects inactive for more than 14 days without communication may be considered abandoned and subject to a restart fee.

Once your booking is secured, our team will contact you within 24–48 business hours with a personalized onboarding email. This will include any required questionnaires, forms, and instructions to ensure we capture every detail of your vision before your project begins.
